I am the founder of the Dr. D University Youtube channel and as such my mission is to encourage, inspire and support aspiring entrepreneurs as well as to give voice to the voiceless. In my role as Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship, Director of the Center for Free Enterprise and Entrepreneurship, and Director of International Business Plans at McMurry University in Abilene, TX, and as consultant, I am specializing in the domains of strategy, entrepreneurship, Lean Six Sigma, and human resources. My research includes process theory, storytelling, entrepreneurship, and deviant behavior in organizations.
